GRAMAR AND CONVENTIONS - Subject and Object Pronouns
A subject pronoun is a pronoun that takes the place of the subject. Some subject pronouns are> I, you, she, he, it, we, they.
An object pronoun is a pronoun that takes the place of the object.Some object pronouns are> me, you, it, him, her, us, them.
For example, in this sentence The pilot flew the plane. What is the subject in the sentence? (pilot). What subject pronoun could you use to replace the subject? (He)Now, what is the object in the sentence? (plane).So what object pronoun can replace the object? (it).
Writing a Comparison-Contrast Essay---
This week you will compare and contrast two kinds of pets to consider adding to your household. First , think about what kind of pets people own. Then complete your essay having the pairs complete.
